After receiving your enquiry, we will check the availability of the vehicle and the date and let you know within 30 minutes.
Yes, of course. Inform us of the requested changes or cancellation no later than 24 hours before the start of the rental period and we will modify the booking or cancel it, which we will confirm by e-mail.
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance, we will refund your money to your account or card immediately.
Our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name or your company logo on it. We will also give you the driver's mobile number.
The driver always has your flight number and arrival information at hand, monitors arrivals online, and adjusts their schedule accordingly.
Neither our cars nor our drivers are identifiable with our logo because confidentiality is of key importance to us.
Yes you can. We offer a private protection service and will be glad to prepare a price quotation for you.
We will be glad to arrange special services for you, including the delivery of flowers, gifts, adventure rides, etc. Just write to us or call us.
For the luggage capacity of each vehicle, please go to the homepage, where the individual vehicles are presented, or look under the vehicle fleet tab, where you can find all the details of each vehicle in our fleet.
Yes. We provide them free of charge. Just tell us how many you require and the age of the children.
If this happens and you are still in Prague, our driver will deliver the item to you personally. If you have already left Prague, we will send the item to you by post.
Yes, they do.
You can pay for the rental via the payment link you receive after the purchase order is approved by e-mail, or by bank transfer.
