General rental terms and conditions
Rental period
- The shortest billing period is 1 day (24 hours) from the start of the rental.
- If this period is exceeded by more than 1 hour, an additional daily rate will be charged.
- The rental period may be extended if the lessee requests so in writing, by phone or in person before the rental period expires and within 24 hours of the scheduled end of the rental period.
Booking
- Delivery of the vehicle type and equipment, including additional services, will be made on the basis of a confirmed booking by the lessor.
- You can make a booking by sending the appropriate form by phone or e-mail.
Terms of payment
- After meeting all the requirements and agreeing to the rental, we will issue an invoice for the full rental amount.
- The payment can be made by prior agreement in cash or by payment card.
- All payments can be made in CZK or EUR, the latter according to the current exchange rate.

Required documents for a natural person:
- Copy of valid identity card, passport or permanent residence permit.
- Copy of valid driving licence.
Please note: We only rent vehicles to Czech citizens or persons with permanent residence in the Czech Republic. We do not rent vehicles to citizens whose registered permanent residence is a municipal office.
Required documents for a legal entity:
- Copy of valid identity card or passport.
- Copy of valid driving licence.
- Copy of valid extract from the Commercial Register.
Security deposit
- For all rentals we require a refundable security deposit from CZK 30,000.
- This refundable security deposit must be paid in cash or credited to the lessor’s bank account no later than 1 day before the start of the rental period of the vehicle; the lessor will return this amount on the day the vehicle is returned.
Minimum age
- The vehicle may be rented to a person over the age of 22 years who has held a driving licence of the relevant category for at least two years.
Another driver
- The vehicle may be driven by another (second) named driver provided they are specifically identified in the rental agreement.
- This (second) driver must present the relevant documents and meet the same conditions as those required for the first named driver (see above) and be specifically identified in the rental agreement.
- If another person, who is not specifically identified in the rental agreement, drives the vehicle, a penalty of CZK 30,000 will be applied.
- The rental agreement does not permit the use of the rented vehicle by a third party for renting out, or generating profit; If this provision is violated, the lessor is entitled to impose a penalty of CZK 100,000 and to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect.
Rent and fees
- The rental charge and fees are detailed in the rental agreement.
- From CZK 12 (excl. VAT) will be charged for each kilometre driven above the daily limit agreed in the rental agreement.
- If the vehicle is not returned within the specified period, the lessee shall pay all the costs incurred by the lessor as a result of this fact, and, at the same time, shall pay the rent calculated on the basis of the rental charge for one day, plus CZK 500, for each day of the delay.
Delivery and pickup of the vehicle in Prague
- Delivery of the vehicle is free of charge within the territory of Prague when the rental period is at least 7 days.
- Upon agreement and for a fee, the vehicle can be also be delivered to a designated address outside Prague.
Documents
- The lessor sends the lessee a template of the lease agreement and general terms and conditions in time.
- If the lessee intends to travel with the vehicle outside the Czech Republic, the lessor sends an exit form abroad at the same time. This form is retained by the lessor throughout the rental period.
- When collecting and returning the vehicle, photo documentation is made at the place of handover, after which the lessee and the lessor sign the handover report for the vehicle.
