hereinafter referred to as a “transport service provider”
Customer who orders services of Almasyf Travel, s.r.o. via on-line form, e-mail or phone declares that he/she has read and accepts these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to a confirmed purchase order or signing an agreement he declares his acceptance of these terms and conditions, to which the purchase order or agreement refers.
Each company service is ordered in advance, via a form on the company website, via email or by phone. The contractual relationship between the company and the customer arises upon confirmation of a binding purchase order by the customer. Confirmation can be made via email, by phone or text message.
Payment can be made in cash, by payment link, by payment/credit card or by bank transfer. Payment can be made in currencies CZK, EUR, USD specified in the purchase order form on the company website. The particular exchange rate for payments in foreign currencies is the rate valid on the day the service is used. Company. or its representative – the driver issues a proper document for each payment. A payment by bank transfer only is possible after prior agreement.
The provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel the purchase order (in particular for technical reasons). At the same time, he undertakes to provide the customer with a transport service corresponding to the specification in the purchase order.
If the customer wants to change or cancel an already confirmed booking, he shall inform ALMASYF 24 hours in advance, either via email or by phone. In an event the customer has already paid for the ordered services and properly cancelled the service 24 hours in advance, the received amount for the service will be refunded immediately.
The customer is obliged to start the provision of the service – transport at the agreed time and place. The customer confirms that he has been advised of all the circumstances of the transport before the commencement of the service – transport and agrees to comply with the driver’s instructions at the time of transport. If the customer fails to comply with the agreed conditions and changes the ordered service e.g. change of place or time without prior arrangement, he is obliged to pay additional incurred costs, such as waiting time and mileage above the distance limit according to the price list.
Any complaints by consumers are accepted at info@almysyf.cz. The provider shall send information on the complaint settlement to the electronic address of the consumer. See our privacy policy in a separate document here.
